Terms and conditions

Terms of purchase

Anne's Call to Action, from here on called ACTA, which makes purchasing easy, safe, and free from unpleasant surprises. Below are our full purchase terms and a link to the privacy policy.

The cancellation period for corporate customers: Courses, consultations, and membership services
Our membership services, courses, and consultations sold to the corporate market do not have a cancellation period unless the seller has disclosed this or information about the deadline is given during the purchase process. Any deadline will only apply according to the terms on the purchase page or in the purchase process.

The cancellation period for private consumers and courses with deadlines announced
On courses advertised with 14 days open purchase (cancellation), this right of cancellation applies from the date of purchase unless we have announced that we give a 14 days deadline from the course's start date. If you wish to use the deadline, please provide us feedback before the deadline expires. We will refund your money to the same account from which the money was paid. Other deadlines may apply if specified. If you do not notify us within the deadline, the right of cancellation will expire, and cash will not be refunded.

We note that the prohibition deadline applies only to private consumers, not those primarily acting as business members. If you purchase our courses/packages aimed at developing business concepts, we consider that you are working as a part of business activities.
